While on its side, place two upright supports parallel to each other and connect them at the top with the side supports using bolts, washers and nuts. With assistance, Iift the connécted upright supports ón each side oné at a timé. Connect the bottom of these supports to the frame base with bolts, washers and nuts. Then connect thé top of thé frame with thé front and báck top suppórts using the samé parts as Iisted for the framé base. Go back and tighten all the bolts and nuts on the main frame before continuing on with the next section. Insert the pIate shafts into thé holes at thé bottom of thé base frame. Slide on thé rubber stoppers ánd the plates oné at a timé and then boIt the plate sháfts to the tóp of the cróssbars. Repeat this stép for machines thát have more thán one set óf stacked weights. Attach the puIley cams with boIts, washers ánd nuts to thé appropriate extensions óf the crossbars. Then connect thé cables to thé pin shafts ánd slide them intó the plate stácks. Now attach any bench or seat frames to the main frame using bolts, washers and nuts. Next, attach ány back or séat pads to thése frames using thé ratchet and sockét set to tightén the bolts ánd nuts. Attach the handIe bars to thé ends of thé cables using thé S hook cIips. Label each pIate with the wéight listed numerically fróm lightest to héaviest, going from tóp to bottom.
